Refund and Returns Policy


All sales are final. We offer exchanges/replacements or partial refunds under certain circumstances within a 30 day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the tags attached. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and accept that the condition of the product must be approved before a refund is given.

We offer exchanges on clothing. For clothing, we can exchange sizes if the piece is unworn with the tag attached and the exchanged size is in stock. Clothing cannot be exchanged for different clothing pieces or store credit.

To replace a piece that has been damaged during transit or due to manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days with proof pictures of the damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as leg wear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without proper contact before.

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts upon receiving.
  • Any item that is damaged due to our error and cannot be properly replaced due to limitations in stock.

Refunds will not be granted in the event that:

  • The item is used/worn.
  • Items were returned without prior approval.
  • Items that were received for free, sale items, novelty items, and lucky packs.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

We will exchange clothing only for exchanging sizes if the wanted size is in stock and the initial clothing is unworn with tags attached. Clothing can not be exchanged for different articles of clothing or store credit.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.


If damage or breakage happens outside of the realm of normal wear & tear or extreme human error, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility of a replacement.

If your piece breaks, cannot be repaired, and is part of one of the handmade collections released before 2022, we will replace it while acrylic supplies are available.

If your piece is intact but the ring base itself has broken, please contact us at for the possibility of repair or base replacement.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
